The Paul Klee quote above pretty well sums up my approach to planning. I tackle any problem by first digging in deep; learning as much as I can about the people, places and things that may impact the answer. And then bring my experience and perspective to bear. I lead by doing.
As a strategist I am the person who lives and breathes at the intersection of culture, creativity, and empathy. What I love and aim for is to inspire the people I work with; my ultimate goal to help shape ideas.
Inspiration often comes from the most unexpected places. It's important to keep your eyes, mind, and heart open at all times. Never stop asking questions. Know there is always more to know.
And, trust your intuition.
